What City Is This?

Does anyone what city this is? My guess is Cleveland, Ohio.

Thanks to an anonymous poster for veryifying that this is indeed Cleveland, Ohio. The poster went on to give an in-depth discussion of the negative:

The large building at the center is the Rockefeller building, built on the site of the old Weddell House where Lincoln addressed a crowd of thousands on his way to the White House. The building is located on Superior Avenue. The wide bridge is the Detroit-Superior High-level Bridge, which is also known as the Veterans Memorial Bridge. One can see the center ramp where the old streetcars descended to the lower level to make the river crossing. Slightly more in the foreground is the New York Central viaduct and rails into the Cleveland Union Terminal. The photograph may have been taken from the Terminal Tower, which was built 1929. Towards Lake Erie one can see the Main Avenue Bridge and Whiskey Island. This picture is taken looking west.

This is in fact Cleveland, but the image is reversed. The large building at the center is the Rockefeller building, built on the site of the old Weddell House where Lincoln addressed a crowd of thousands on his way to the White House. The building is located on Superior Ave., the wide bridge is the Detroit-Superior High-level Bridge, AKA Veterans Memorial Bridge. One can see the center ramp where the old street cars descended to the lower level to make the river crossing. Slightly more in the foreground is the New York Central viaduct and rails into the Cleveland Union Terminal - the photograph may have been taken from the Terminal Tower built 1929. Towards Lake Erie one can see the Main Avenue Bridge and Whiskey Island. This picture is taken looking west - but as it is, it is backwards.
