Where Is This?

The photo appears to show a ship entering a lock. Is this the Welland Canal, the Soo Locks or some other set of locks in/near the Great Lakes? For you ship enthusiasts out there, the ship is the B.F. Jones. The photo is from the 1940's.

Thanks to Steve Haverty for verifying the location as the Soo Locks. The ship is entering the Poe Lock.
