Where Is This?

Does anyone know where this photo was taken? The photo came from a box that was said to contain pictures of Texas, Oklahoma and Mexico. The photo appears to be from the 1930's.

Per Request

Cyanide Princess wanted to see an additional photo of the dog depicted in last month's Player entry. Here the dog mimics the dour look of the woman who is having her photo taken.

Veterans Day

This soldier, apparently named Tommy, decided to include the first two lines of the Field Artillery March on his photo. The march is better known as "The Caissons Go Rolling Along" and was made popular by John Philip Sousa. The photo is from the 1920's.

What Country Am I From?

This is the last mystery soldier. Hopefully, he will be able to be identified as easily as the previous two. The soldier's hat, which may aid in identification, appears on the table next to him. There is writing on the back of the photo but it is very difficult to read.

The soldier has been identified as being Czech.

What Country Am I From?

This soldier may be a bit more difficult to identify since he is sitting down and his complete uniform is not visible. However, the writing on the back of the photo as well as his medals may provide clues to his country.

The soldier has been identified as being Czech.

What Country Am I From?

Up until Veterans Day, I will be posting pictures of soldiers from foreign countries. I would like to know what country they are from. Perhaps this soldier's country can be identified by the photographer's stamp on the back of the photo.

The soldier has been identified as being Czech.
