Where/Who Is This?

Does anyone know where this statue is located or whom it depicts? The inscription reads: "The Republic Of Venezuela To The United States Of America 1958."

The statue is of Simon Bolivar and is located in Washington D.C.

What Kind Of Airplane Is That?

Does anyone know what kind of airplane this is? Despite the cars in the background being from the late 1930's, my guess is that the plane was made after World War II.

Does anyone know where this is/was? The church appears to be built out of stone so there is a good chance that it is still standing.
